Developing a new global employer brand.

Vodafone is a British multinational telecommunications company. Having recently undergone a global re-brand, Vodafone required a new global employer brand to engage talent attraction around the world. The team had just twelve weeks to deliver. Language and imagery needed to be reflective of Vodafone’s new corporate brand statement – ‘Together We Can’.  From this, the core EVP was developed and an Employer Brand Playbook and Employer Brand Toolkit were created, two extensive documents defining imagery styles, headline structures and a comprehensive guide on how to use the new employer brand. Numerous drag and drop templates were produced including social posts, digital banners, printed media and exhibition stands all requiring various amounts of image editing and attention to detail ensuring consistency of design across the entire suit of assets.
