Encouraging a positive frame of mind.
Lloyds Banking Group is the UK’s largest financial services organisation. This brief was unique in that there was no agenda, Lloyds Banking Group simply wanted to encourage students and young people to be kinder to themselves and others. The sole purpose of this campaign was to encourage positivity by sharing snippets of advice to help alleviate stress or anxiety rather than pushing information. The outcome was a social media campaign posted on the companies Facebook and Instagram feeds. A series of paid and organic social media posts to encourage a positive frame of mind were created, containing easy-to-follow suggestions or activities such as puzzles to aid focus and live mediation sessions, all supported by quirky illustrated characters. For those viewers who were keen to know more, they could access more resources through Lloyds Banking Group’s Feel Good Fest web page. The campaign reached over a million people, delivering a lasting and positive impact to many of those who interacted with content.
