Raising awareness of the wealth of opportunities available.
Babcock is a leading engineer service company specialising in marine and nuclear aviation, defence and security. The opportunities at Babcock are vast, but the existing roles for an early careers audience were not immediately apparent and so a solution was needed to inform and raise awareness of the wealth of opportunities available. ‘Innovation Makes Us’ was Babcock’s core message and all content centred around this strapline. A photoshoot with six graduates was organised which formed the core visual content. Each headshot was then overlayed with images that supported the innovation strapline and their role within Babcock. The same six graduates were filmed talking about their role within the company. Images and text were projected over them creating an immersive and engaging experience, bringing their role to life. The core visual content was carried across a range of collateral including a digital e-brochure which features both the static headshots alongside their respective videos, various social media posts, digital rotating ad banners, and print collateral such as posters. They also feature on the Babcock Graduates website homepage which underwent a re-design in order to provide clear and concise navigation for the updated content and information.
